WHO WE ARE

6am at the Garage is a Melbourne-based music and events company run by Benny and Liam, with support from a team of local collaborators. We produce festivals, club nights, ad-hoc arts events and other hospitality adjacent projects with a focus on music and community.

Our current projects include WHEN PIGS FLY, a 4000 person music festival at the Collingwood Children’s Farm, LUCID, a sometimes-regular dance party that splits it’s time between the open air spaces of the Abbotsford Convent and the dark reaches of several Melbourne nightclubs.

In 2025 we added SIMPATICO, a dance focused festival in collaboration with our friends at Finding Figaro. Outside of events, we run RUNNER UP, a rooftop bar and listening space at Collingwood Yards, and play (semi-regularly) as (semi-retired) deejays around the place.
